  • The sneaker collection is designed for the HORECA and Services sector.

    Thinking the environment and the daily tasks helps us creating an unique and functional shoe for the worker.

    All our products are certified for work footwear EN ISO 20347.

  • We use premium quality leather and traditional handcrafting techniques. Our hides are tanned in compliance with EU regulation.

    To prevent any changes in the quality and finish of the leather, we highly recommend cleaning your product with natural products only and keeping it away from heat and direct sunlight.

  • We offer an end-to-end service to help you custom your own model.

    These are the following steps from the beginning to the conclusion of the project.

    A) Meeting with the commercial manager

    In this meeting with the commercial manager, we listen to the customer's needs and evaluate the best possibilities to create their ideal sneaker.

    - Evaluate work environment

    - Client's brand identity

    B) Creative proposal

    Selection of materials, and then the presentation of the product in 2D and 3D images.

    C) Prototype and certification

    We have the option to certificate your model for EN ISO 20347.

    D) Production and shipping

    All production is made in Portugal and we distribute globally.

  • The minimum quantities approved for models from our collection are 10 pairs per model.

    The minimum quantities with the custom service are 50 pairs per model.

  • Stock- 3 to 5 week days

    Out of stock- 30 days

    Custom sneaker- normally the production period is up to 30 to 45 days.

  • The logistical process is managed in-house, the order preparation and dispatch and stock management.

    We have partnerships established with transport operators which guarantee distribution to all regions of mainland and insular Portugal, as well as to all European countries.

  • Orders

    The shipping cost is applied depending on the amount ordered and/or location.

    Exchanges

    In exchanges, the shipping cost is shared. This is, the return is on the customer's account and the re-shipment if on our company account.

    Returns

    If the return is due to a defect or any other reason attributable to NEVOA PRO, the costs will be charged to us. Otherwise, it will be on the customer's account.
